Refund Policy:

A full refund less PayPal’s nonrefundable 3.5% fee is offered if registration is cancelled by a participant prior to the session. Credit toward a future session is offered for no-shows. Contact Boz at 612-414-9629 to cancel or for more questions.

Cancellation Policy:

In the highly unlikely event we cancel the CPE session, participants will be notified by e-mail and a full refund will be provided. Decisions on canceling sessions due to low enrollment will be made and communicated to participants one week before the session. Decisions on canceling sessions due to natural disasters, pandemics, and related situations out of our control will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

Complaint Resolution Policy:

Our goal is that you will be completely satisfied with the CPE you receive.  All complaints should be directed to Boz Bostrom at 612-414-9629 or bbostrom@csbsju.edu.  Every effort will be made to address the complaint and when appropriate, partial or full refunds will be offered to unsatisfied participants.
