Boz Bostrom, CPA

Boz is a professor of accounting and finance at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University, and he speaks nationally on the topics of ethics and leadership. Boz also serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Society of CPAs. Prior to becoming a professor, Boz was a senior manager in Deloitte’s international tax practice.

Mary Jepperson, CPA, CFE

Mary Jepperson co-founded Wellspring with Boz back in 2012. She retired in 2024, but is available for speaking engagements. Feel free to drop Boz a note and he can put you in contact with Mary.

Mary was a professor of accounting and finance in the Accounting and Finance Department of the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University. Mary received an Elijah Watt Sells award for outstanding performance on the CPA examination.

Mary began her career in the Minneapolis office of Coopers and Lybrand, where she became the office’s first female partner. After leaving PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mary established a successful forensic accounting and litigation services practice, participating in a number of high-profile cases.

Mary also has served as chair of both the Accounting and Finance Department and Global Business Leadership Department at Saint Ben’s and Saint John’s.
