Program Content

It is tough for me to get through a day without a recruiter or other connection asking me if I know of a CPA looking for a job. We are seeing a shortage of CPAs like never before. I spend my days with college students and my evenings catching up on messages from alums. I’ve gained a lot of insight into why students choose the firm they do and why they choose to stay at or leave that firm. I’ll share my own findings along with some research my students did on the matter so that you may more effectively recruit and retain CPAs!

Learning Objectives

  1. Learn how to better recruit college students into your firm or company.
  2. Learn how to retain employees in this hot job market for CPAs.
  3. Understand research performed on what drives loyalty of CPAs to their employer.
