As CPAs, we throw around terms like bottom line, EBITDA, and inventory turn without thinking twice. We can improve business performance by helping non finance professionals better understand the financial impacts of business decisions. In this session, we will talk about core financial principles and how we can help non-finance professions learn about them in order to meet our company’s goals. Participants are welcome to take these materials and share them with their non-finance colleagues.
